Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted with care and processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States
  • Puerto Rico
  • US Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses

International shipping is not currently available. Please check back for updates.

Standard Shipping Rates (Outside Puget Area)

For customers outside the Puget area, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $7.95
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95

Puget Area Shipping Rates

For our local Puget area customers, we offer special discounted shipping rates:

  • Seattle Area: $5.95 (Standard shipping - all orders)
  • Spokane & Surrounding Areas: $6.95 (Standard shipping - all orders)
  • Other Washington Locations: $7.95 (Standard shipping - same as general rates)

Standard shipping for Puget area customers typically arrives within 2-5 business days after processing.

Same-Day Delivery (Puget Area Only)

🎉 Local Puget area customers: We offer FREE same-day delivery for orders of 3 or more candles! Same-day delivery is available in the Seattle metropolitan area and surrounding areas (as far as Spokane and beyond).

✨ Special Offer: Orders of 3 or more candles qualify for FREE same-day delivery - no shipping fees! This offer is exclusive to Puget area customers ordering 3+ candles for same-day service.

Requirements for same-day delivery:

  • Order must contain 3 or more candles
  • Order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST

For orders with fewer than 3 candles, same-day delivery is not available. Standard shipping rates apply.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States, including the Puget area. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.

Additional Free Shipping Benefits:

  • Orders over $50: Free standard shipping (applies to all customers)
  • 3+ candles with same-day delivery (Puget Area): Free same-day delivery - no shipping fees regardless of order total

Note: Free same-day delivery for 3+ candles is separate from the $50 free shipping threshold and applies specifically to Puget area customers opting for same-day service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, please place orders early to ensure timely delivery. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your desired delivery date during peak holiday periods.

  • Choose your favorite candle scents and quantities
  • Set your delivery schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, or custom intervals)
  • Enjoy automatic delivery with no need to reorder
  • Cancel or modify your subscription anytime
  • Save with special pricing for recurring orders

  • Your name and contact information
  • Preferred candle scents and quantities
  • Delivery frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window

We want you to love your Jarina Scents candles! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Not be a personalized or custom order

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at jarinascents8@gmail.com or through our contact form within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.). In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund the original payment method used for purchase
  • Send you an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different scent or product of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll pay the difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference.

To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as returns and specify which item you'd like in exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, and you may keep or dispose of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've processed it, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at jarinascents8@gmail.com.
