Requirements for same-day delivery:
For orders with fewer than 3 candles, same-day delivery is not available. Standard shipping rates apply.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States, including the Puget area. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you.
During holiday seasons, please place orders early to ensure timely delivery. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your desired delivery date during peak holiday periods.

We want you to love your Jarina Scents candles! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.). In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We're happy to exchange your item for a different scent or product of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll pay the difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference.
To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as returns and specify which item you'd like in exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, and you may keep or dispose of the damaged item.
